Pamela Harju

Pamela started training dogs in agility at the age of 11 in her native Finland. She trained and competed regularly and made her way to FCI grade 3 with her dog Joona.

In 2007 Pamela commenced agility training as a club in Markree castle grounds. The club soon attracted new members with their dogs, all keen to try out this exciting new canine sport.

Pamela proved to be an excellent instructor bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from her agility training days in Finland. Pamela clearly explains the technical aspects of a dogs agility handling and demonstrates the various obstacles and moves with her own dogs.

Pamela is also an encouraging teacher and quite an expert at building challenging courses for both beginners and advanced handlers.

Pamela with over 26 years experience in agility is always willing to pass on her knowledge to her many enthusiastic human and canine students!
