Rigaku MiniFlex 6G PXRD Lab

The Rigaku MiniFlex 6G is equipped with CuKα (λ = 1.54060 Å), D/teX Ultra2 detector that is optimized for Bragg-Brentano geometry for powder sample analysis, and automatic sample exchanger. 

Currently, our powder X-Ray diffractometer can yield the following information on phase, crystallographic structure, and microstructure of studied materials: 

• Phase purity analyses (sometimes, down to ~ 5000 ppm level)

• Phase identification

• Phase quantification , including amorphous content

• Detailed structure analyses (space group, lattice parameters, atomic positions, displacement parameters, occupancies etc.) 

• Crystallite size analyses

• Microstrain analyses

• Preferred orientation and defects 

• Crystallinity analyses
