User Agreement

Rummy Ribbon provides an Internet-based card game platform that aims to provide users with leisure and entertainment services.  In order to ensure the fairness, health and interactivity of the game environment, we have specially formulated these Terms of Use to clarify the regulations that users should abide by when using our game services.

I.  Scope of Service

We provide a card game platform that combines strategy, skills and fun.  By accepting this agreement, you will be able to access and use our game services, play real-time games with other players, and enjoy the fun of the game.

II.  User Code of Conduct

Comply with laws and regulations: When using our game services, you should comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, harassing or infringing on the rights of others.

Respect others: Please respect the game experience and feelings of other players, and do not engage in malicious attacks, insults or defamation.

Maintain the game environment: Please jointly maintain a fair and healthy game environment, and do not use plug-ins, cheating software or other improper means to gain game advantages.

Reasonable use of resources: Please use game resources reasonably and avoid excessive consumption or waste.

III.  Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of Rummy Ribbon game and all its contents (including but not limited to game software, images, text, audio, video, etc.) belong to us or relevant rights holders.  Without authorization, you may not copy, disseminate, modify, sell or use it for other commercial purposes in any form.

IV.  Service Interruption and Termination

We have the right to maintain, upgrade or temporarily interrupt the game service when necessary to maintain server stability, ensure user safety or comply with relevant laws and regulations.  At the same time, if you violate the provisions of this Agreement, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, restricting the use of functions, banning accounts, etc. according to the severity of the circumstances, until your service use rights are terminated.

V.  Disclaimer

We strive to provide stable and secure game services, but we are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss and other problems caused by network conditions, equipment failures, third-party interference and other factors beyond our control.

VI.  Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, validity and execution of this Agreement are subject to relevant laws and practices.  Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by the parties through friendly negotiation first;  if the negotiation fails, either party may apply to the arbitration institution with jurisdiction for arbitration.
