The occupant of the room shall not establish any relationship as that of a landlord and a tenant, that is expressly understood that the said room has temporarily been occupied and the occupant shall vacate the room within the time limit or earlier at the discretion of the management.
No outsider or any other visitor is permitted to enter the room without the consent of the administration
The management reserves the right to refuse permission to any visitor in the premises of the Resort or in the room at any time without assigning any reasons.
Any guest absents themselves without any notice for more than one day then, the management reserves the right to get the room vacated and take suitable actions. The occupant will also be liable to pay room-rent for the period of their absence
The occupants are requested to give at least ½ an hour notice regarding their intended departure. In case of any morning departure, the guest should settle their bills the previous day or the night before their departure.
The guest shall keep all their valuables under lock and key, the management is not responsible for any loss during their stay in the Resort. They are further requested to keep the door of the room locked from inside. Whenever they leave the premises, they must ensure that the room is property locked.
If guest leaves their luggage in the Resort at the time of departure, it will be at their risk and cost. The guest shall not remove their luggage and other belongings from the room until all bills pending against them are paid and cleared. The management reserves the right to withhold luggage and other belongings of the guest in the event of failure to make all due payment against
Guest are responsible for loss/damage of room keys or any other articles provided in the room like crockeries/fixtures/fittings/furniture etc.
Guest are requested to give sufficient time for checking before their final departure from the hotel. The bill/final settlement of account can only be made after proper room checking.
Guest suffering from any infectious disease is not allowed to stay in the Resort.
The consumption of alcoholic drinks is strictly prohibited in Resort premises/rooms. Guests will be held directly responsible for any legal action in case found consuming alcoholic drinks in room premises, other than supplied by Resort.
Minimum one-day charges shall be deducted for cancellation of booking or reservation of booked period for any person whatsoever.
Full rent will be charged and no room will be given on time-share basis.
In case the guest is leaving the Resort in advance of shown departure, extra one day room rent will be charged.
The guests are requested to make the payment of their bill at the Reception Counter only. The management does not recognize any payment which is made without proper and valid receipt. Bill are to be settled on presentation.
There will be an extra charge for every additional person other than the persons in the form and a form must be filled by them as well.
Holders of Credit Cards will sign the charge slip at the time of arrival
Management is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the occupant during their stay in the Resort or in the room occupied by them due to the causes beyond their control.
Guest are requested not to mix-up or deal with any outsider/unknown person for any favor. If anything needs to be done, matter should be taken to the management/manager.
Guest should not commit any such act which is punishable under any law. If found guilty, actions will be taken and the guest shall be totally responsible for the same.
Any sort of intoxication is strictly prohibited either in the room or at any other place in the Resort. No such material should be kept in the room. Unlicensed weapons should not be kept in the Resort. Guests are requested to deposit the same in the Police Station. If found guilty, actions will be taken.
No refund will be made for air-conditioned rooms in case of failure of electricity. While leaving the room electric switches should be put off, and key should be deposited at the reception.Police Station. If found guilty, actions will be taken.
The Resort employees are not permitted to do any private work for the guests. Cooking is not allowed in the room/Resort premises.
Gambling of any kind is strictly prohibited in the premises.
To facilitate us to serve our guests the best way, above mentioned rule by the management and that of the Govt. should strictly be followed. Guests found violating the above shall be held responsible.
