About Me
Biography: I am a postdoc doctoral scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) advised by Prof. Suhas Diggavi. I obtained my Ph.D. in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University in 2023, advised by Prof. Chao Tian, and my B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2018, advised by Prof. Cong Shen.
Research: My research interests lie in information theory, reinforcement learning, and optimization. I leverage tools from information theory and optimization to understand and design algorithms in machine learning and reinforcement learning with provable guarantees.

2023/08. Spent a wonderful summer in Dr. Xiaoning Qian's lab studying on Bayesian active learning and sampling.
