Entry Form

Please fill in all of your details in the form. If you can't find a partner but want to still enter the doubles fill out the form indicating your intentions, check the box next to the doubles draw, and fill in the partner section with something along the lines of 'I need one'. I will then try my best to find you a partner.

Also if you intend to take up the subsidy offer from the Jesters/RFA please indicate that using the checkbox. Please remember to hold on to your receipts otherwise you won't be able to be reimbursed! Details on the offer are here.

Entry costs are £7.50 per person for both tournaments (free for school pupils). The last date for entries is Wednesday 26th January with the draws being published on Thursday 27th January via email and on this site.
