Rufus is a software and a utility that helps format and create bootable USB flash drives like USB Keys/Pendrives, Memory Card, etc. It is very useful in some cases to create USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, UEFI). You need to work on a desktop device for rufus download that doesn't have an Operating System installed.
How to download Rufus on Windows?
Turn on your desktop device and refresh the OS by pressing the F5 key.
