Deposit: $100 is required for 'holding' the booking. This needs to be paid prior to pet drop off. This $100 is applied to the pet owner's overall booking/service fee.
Payment: cash or Venmo only at this time.
Updates and Contact: Ruff Life Pets LLC. We will keep you up to date throughout your pet's stay through pictures and messages. The Owner. We understand you might be on a trip or at a location with no wifi or low service. Communicate as needed unless an emergency.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations by Ruff Life Pets LLC. If I cancel a Booking prior to or during the service period identified in the Booking, you will only be charged for the days/services provided. Cancellations by The Pet Owner. If a Pet Owner cancels a Service prior to the Service due to an Emergency, (death in the family, cancelled trip, sick), a refund will be given. If the Pet Owner returns/picks up earlier than agreed to, Ruff Life Pets will not refund for any Booking/Service Days.
Damages: Damages occured during your pet(s) service, will be promptly communicated to you, the pet owner, with photographs if applicable. Damages from your pet(s) that occur during your service, exceeding $50 in repairs or replacements, will be added to your pet(s) fee/charges.
Injury: Injury to your pet(s). Please understand, that minor cuts can occur as pets play with each other and outdoors. I will not be responsible for minor injuries occurred during your pet(s) stay but Ruff Life Pets will promptly communicate any injuries or incidents to the pet owner, with photos if applicable. Ruff Life Pets highly recommend researching Pet Insurance options. Ruff Life Pets is an insured LLC. If you believe Injury or Illness with your pet occurred during your pet(s) stay, it must be reported within 3 business days or Ruff Life Pets will and cannot be held liable. Ruff Life Pets makes a promise to communicate anything unusual to the Pet owner. Injury to Ruff Life Pets Owner/Worker. Your Service may be promptly terminated and someone will need to pick up the pet(s). Medical bills may be charged to the pet owner.
Vet Records and Vaccinations: Pet vaccinations must be up to date prior to your pet(s) service. Ruff Life Pets requires the Veterinary Clinic of your choice in case of emergency during your stay. You may text, email, or bring a document to provide this information to Ruff Life Pets prior to starting your service(s). Ruff Life Pets is committed to keeping all pets healthy and safe.
Escape/Missing Pet: Ruff Life Pets has cameras and a fenced in yard for pet and owner protection. If a pet escapes, runs off the leash, or goes msising, this will be promptly reported to the Pet Owner. Pets should be microchipped in accorance with county, city, and State Laws.
