WEEKEND OVERVIEW

FRIDAY KICK-OFF AUG 16:
WELCOME PARTY: Registration, food, drink, dance at Lula Lounge

SATURDAY WORKSHOPS AUG 17:
REGISTRATION cont'd: Saturday Aug 17th 10 am at the Trinity St Paul Church.
WARM UP: Welcome message, "get moving" suelta (special guest).
FOLLOWED BY: the main workshops listed below.

AFTER SATURDAY WORKSHOPS AUG 17:
BREAK: 5:30 pm - Participants leave to prep for the evening... but picks for Ethan's "flash mob" stay and practice
DINNER: 6:30 pm - Dinner and dancing - Limón Lounge -1089 St Clair Ave
(Live music, $10 door if not a package purchaser)
CLOSING PARTY: 10:00 pm - close-out party City Dance Corp - 950 Dupont Street
(with Sarita Leyva folkloric performance, and Ethan's "flash mob" rueda!

SUNDAY WIND-UP AUG 18:
RUEDA: Final good-bye dance,12 Noon to 4 pm - Leuty Pavilion

Closing the wind-up event,
we play a "Guess the Rueda Call Game"

🎶 Couples will sign up prior to event.
🎶 Couples get a list of rueda calls, with a link to a demo video.
🎶 Rueda calls will be called by one of our judges.
🎶 If a dancer forgets or goofs a move - couple must leave the rueda.
🏆 The last couple dancing WINS!!

Then, closing remarks... and thanks to all participants and guests!
