She has worked in the field for 18 years and has a background in the movement arts, community development, and health sciences. Rudy loves watching people get excited about positive behavior supports and loves learning from her students.

Q: Can I attend just one day of the workshop?
A: No. You must attend both days of the workshop.
Q: Can I leave early or miss a couple hours of the class?
A: No. You must attend both days for the entire scheduled class time.
Q: What is the location of the workshop?
A: Because there are several locations for this workshop, the class location will be sent via email one week prior to the class.
Q: Are drinks or snacks provided?
A: No, but feel free to bring your own drinks or snacks.
Q: When will I get my certificate once I have completed the class?
A: You will receive a digital certificate two business days following the completion of the class via the email you provided when you registered.
Q: Can I get a refund if I can't attend the class?
A: You may receive a partial refund as follows. If you notify us two weeks before the class, you may receive a 50% refund. If it is less than two weeks until the class, you may notify us that you cannot attend and then you can register for a future class using the payment you already made.
Q: What happens if the class needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather or instructor illness?
A: An email will be sent with options for future classes. If you are unavailable for the future classes, a full refund will be provided.
Q: If I cannot figure out how to use the registration link, can I still attend the workshop?
A: No, you must register via the link provided above.
Q: Can I bring a friend to the workshop?
A: All people who attend the workshop must register and pay individually.
Q: Can you provide PPI or crisis training?
A: Not in a general level workshop. If you would like advanced training, contact the instructor.
Q: Are you accepting clients as a behavior professional?
A: Rudy takes clients on a case-by-case basis. Please contact her to see if you will be a good fit for each other.
Q: Can I attend this workshop if I am not proficient in English?
A: Demonstration of comprehension is a requirement. If you feel unsure of your ability to understand written and verbal English, an interpreter may be available. Please contact the instructor for further information.
Q: Can I pay in cash?
A: No. Please pay via the options provided in the registration link.
Q: Can I pay with a check?
A: Yes, with pre-approval from the instructor and it is not guaranteed. Please contact the instructor for further information.
