Meaning:-
This verse is a prayer of homage to the Rudras who reside on Earth (पृथिव्यां) and have the power to provide food and sustenance (अन्नमिषवस्तेभ्यो). The devotee offers salutations to the ten Rudras in each direction: east, south, west, north, and above. The prayer seeks the protection and blessings of these Rudras, asking that they do not bring harm or distress to the devotee. It specifically requests that they keep their destructive powers away and refrain from causing enmity or suffering, thus ensuring a harmonious relationship with these divine forces. The devotee yearns for their favor and goodwill, hoping to remain unharmed by any adversarial influences.
