Meaning:-
This verse is a prayer of homage to the Rudras, addressing both those in the heavens and those who have the power to bestow rain and nourishment. The devotee offers salutations to the ten Rudras in each direction: east, south, west, north, and above. The prayer implores these Rudras to protect and bless the devotee, ensuring that no harm comes from them and that they do not bring distress or suffering. Specifically, it asks for protection against adversarial forces and seeks a harmonious relationship with these divine powers, requesting that they remain favorable and benevolent towards the devotee.
