Meaning:-
In this verse, the devotee acknowledges This verse from the Sri Rudram in the Yajurveda continues to offer salutations to Lord Rudra (Shiva), recognizing his presence across various natural forms and conditions. The devotee salutes Rudra as the one who exists in both dry and withered places as well as in lush, green environments, acknowledging his omnipresence in every aspect of nature. He is revered as present in the dust and in the particles of earth, representing both the arid and the fertile conditions. Additionally, Rudra is honored as being in the things that are hidden or concealed, and in those that are apparent or exposed. The verse emphasizes Rudra’s all-encompassing nature, extending to both the desolate and the thriving, the concealed and the visible, symbolizing his profound influence over all aspects of existence.
