namaḥ sikatyāya ca pravāhyāya ca
namaḥ kigͫśilāya ca kṣayaṇāya ca
namaḥ kapardine ca pulastaye ca

Meaning:-
In this verse, the devotee salutes Rudra's omnipresence in diverse landscapes, from sandy deserts and flowing rivers to pebbly terrains and rugged areas. Rudra is also revered as the ascetic with matted hair, symbolizing his connection to ancient wisdom and ascetic practices. The verse further recognizes his presence in barren lands and along the pathways that people travel, emphasizing his all-encompassing nature and his influence across different environments and terrains, whether fertile or desolate, rugged or smooth.
