Meaning:-
This verse from the Sri Rudram in the Yajurveda offers reverent salutations to Lord Rudra (Shiva), acknowledging his presence in various natural forces and his protective and powerful aspects. The devotee honors Rudra as the force behind the wind and storm, recognizing his role in the elements of air and motion.
