Meaning:-
This verse from the Sri Rudram in the Yajurveda continues to offer reverent salutations to Lord Rudra (Shiva), recognizing his various forms and attributes. The devotee addresses Rudra as the one who is formidable and steadfast (dhṛṣṇave) and as the one who touches or affects everything (pramṛśāya). He is also revered as the wielder of the sword (niṣaṅgiṇe) and as the one with profound wisdom or intellect (śudhimate). Salutations are given to Rudra who bears sharp weapons (tīkṣṇeṣave) and is equipped with arms (ayudhiṇe), acknowledging his martial prowess and strength. Finally, Rudra is honored as the one who possesses his own weapon (swāyudhāya) and as the one with a divine bow (sudhanvane). This verse highlights Rudra's powerful and protective qualities, celebrating his role as both a formidable warrior and a divine protector.
