Meaning:-
This verse from the Sri Rudram in the Yajurveda is a series of salutations to Lord Rudra (Shiva), acknowledging his presence across all stages and aspects of existence. The verse honors Rudra as the eldest and the youngest, the first-born and the last-born, recognizing his timeless nature. It also salutes him as present in the middle stages of life, both mature and youthful, and as the one who is at the lowest and foundational levels of existence. Through these salutations, the verse emphasizes Rudra's omnipresence and his embodiment of all aspects of creation, from beginning to end, and in every form.
