Meaning:-
Salutations to the one with a turban, who dwells in the mountains, the lord of the hidden beings. Salutations to those who bear arrows and to the archers. Salutations to those who string the bows and to those who fix the arrows. Salutations to those who draw the bows and to those who shoot the arrows.
