नमो हरिकेशायोपवीतिने पुष्टानां पतये नमः ॥ १७॥
Chapter 5, Mantra 17 IAST form
hariḥ oṃ
namo hiraṇyabāhave senānye diśāṃ ca pataye namo
namo vṛkṣebhyo harikeśebhyaḥ paśūnāṃ pataye namo
namaḥ śaṣpiñjarāya tviṣīmate pathīnāṃ pataye namo
namo harikeśāyopavītine puṣṭānāṃ pataye namaḥ .. 17..
Meaning:-
Salutations to the golden-armed, the commander of armies, and the lord of the directions. Salutations to the trees with green leaves and to the lord of cattle. Salutations to the yellowish, radiant one, and the lord of paths. Salutations to the one with green hair, wearing the sacred thread, and the lord of nourishment.
