Founder, Rudolph Advocacy Works
At Rudolph Advocacy Works, we believe every child deserves a champion.
We combine real-world experience in special education with a deep passion for advocacy—helping families navigate IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluations, and school-based supports with clarity, care, and confidence.
I’m Scott Rudolph, founder of Rudolph Advocacy Works and a current Resource Support Program (RSP) teacher for 6th-8th grade students in San Jose, California. I’ve spent my career on all sides of the education system:
Special Education Teacher (SDC & Resource)
Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction
District-Level Manager of Special Education
This background—from classroom teaching to district-level leadership—gives me a unique perspective. I understand both the day-to-day realities families face and the systems and decisions shaping their child’s education.
My goal is simple: to make sure families feel heard, informed, and empowered—every step of the way.
We support families throughout:
San Jose • Campbell • Los Gatos • Morgan Hill • Gilroy • San Benito County
…and are open to serving families across California virtually or in person.
Rudolph Advocacy Works includes a trusted, growing team:
Two associate advocates with strong regional expertise and backgrounds in early childhood, special education, and inclusive general education practices
A Spanish-speaking liaison, ensuring bilingual advocacy and culturally responsive support
Together, we offer personalized, strategic guidance rooted in integrity and collaboration.
Whether you’re preparing for your first IEP, facing a complex school situation, or just need someone in your corner—you don’t have to go it alone.
