I am a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Norwich University. I completed my PhD degree in Mathematics in August 2022 from Louisiana State University. In my doctoral research, I studied the wave propagation in phononic elastic crystals and meta-materials. My mentor was Prof. Robert Lipton. In my work, I used analytic perturbation theory, functional analysis and spectral theory to develop analytic representation formulas and power series representations to describe band structure inside periodic phononic crystals.  Currently, I am working on  the band structure in phononic metamaterial crystals.
