Jessica can do any design you want online.She definitely has a gift!Β If you're looking for a good neil tech, i'm telling you, you need to go to 4ever nails on sunnyside 147th. Ask for jessica. She is so sweet so helpful. She redid my whole set the next day. Because I did not like the way they were done and she didn't charge me extra!
