Bus Route of the Week:
VVTA Route 55
The 55 is a route that runs from Victor Valley Transit Center to Victor Valley College via Hesperia & Ridgecrest. The 55 used to operate via Arrowhead & Bear Valley before relocating from Lorene & 7th to Victor Valley Transit Center in August 2021, eventually operating via Rodeo & 3rd. In October 2024, the 55 was realigned to operate via Hesperia & Ridgecrest, with portions of the route replaced by the 50.
Shown here is 651 on layover at Victor Valley College, ready to depart to Victor Valley Transit Center on February 27th, 2026. The 2023 ENC Axess BRT's sport the 30th Anniversary livery.
