The following is the terms of service agreed to when you commission me. Please read it in full. I reserve the right to modify the below terms.

Before Commissioning:

• You should have permission to use all characters and material provided as references. You release me from any liability if you do not have permission to use character(s) or other material(s) provided to commission an artwork.

• You should be over the age of 18 to commission mature themes such as latex, NSFW content, or other specific thematic content. There are limitations to content that will be drawn by myself, at my discretion.

• Sketches or other commission quality will vary contingent on the amount of corrections, the amount paid, and other factors such as lighting, complex designs, etc. If you request a refund, the amount you will receive will be prorated based on the stage of the work, number of corrections, and other factors at my discretion. You will only receive a full refund before a sketch is provided.

  • • If you commission me from an advertisement post, you agree that you have done research in advance by looking at other examples on my profile to ascertain the general quality of a commission result.

• The following are non-negotiable themes for commissions: vore, scat, diapers, feral, watersports, CTF. Non-negotiable themes are not limited to this list.

• The following are favorite themes: goo, slime, symbiotes, parasites, rubber, latex, drone, hypnosis, sci-fi, corruption, TF. Favorite themes are not limited to this list.

Commissioning:

• Alternates are limited to small changes like a tongue being present or an NSFW organ being present. They are only offered for fully-rendered commissions.

• Communication must take place through Telegram or Discord. Your FurAffinity and/or Twitter handles must be provided to be referenced in a post with best accuracy. You agree to remain courteous and respectful during communications. If you are insulting, rude, or difficult to work with, a partial refund may be issues and your commission cancelled. You will forfeit all right to in progress states or final file if this occurs.

• You agree that if you commission, the number of changes and workability of said changes is at my discretion. If an opportunity to provide feedback has already passed, and you mention an issue later, then there is likelihood your request(s) cannot be accommodated.

Patreon:

• Patreon reward ideas should be submitted before the third of the month. If idea(s) are not received, the reward for the month will be considered forfeited.

General Process:

• You will provide a summary of the commission, including the pose, background, and all references for all characters. Questions will be asked to clarify any confusing points.

• You will provide payment through PayPal in USD. Payment is 100% upfront. Commissions of $1000+ may have payment plans arranged at my discretion. Patreon discounts are applied to the total commission cost.

• You will receive a “work in progress” of sketches, linework, color, and shading phases. You will have 3 days to mention changes or provide feedback. If you do not provide feedback/corrections, or you do not respond within the 3 days, then the commission will automatically continue and you will forfeit the ability to request changes for that stage. If you request too many changes, you acknowledge the request may be denied or extra fees will be charged to accommodate the extra work.

  • • Sketches: Sketches are rough concepts for the posing of each of the character(s). You can suggest large pose corrections at this point or make requests about body structure and anatomy.

    • Linework: Linework is a general definition of character expression, hands, feet, etc, but will still look rough. You can make general, partial pose requests (such as arm, leg, expression changes). Larger requests will incur extra costs.

    • Color: Color is flat color and light shading references added to a piece. You can request color or design changes if there are inaccuracies. You may request small pose changes, such as a hand or foot’s position. Larger requests are likely to be unworked at this stage.

    • Shading: Shading is the piece colored with a few layers of shading, such as to apply a smooth texture or shiny texture to surfaces on the character. You may not request pose changes. You may request small color corrections or small design/marking changes if there are inaccuracies.

• You will receive a final file when shading is completed and correction(s) are made. Barring small corrections left to be done, when you accept the final file, the commission is complete. You may not request further corrections after this.

  • • I retain complete copyright over the work and any in progress stages. I am allowed to post the final version with reasonable credit to you and others as character owners. You are allowed to post the image, but only with appropriate credit to myself as the artist.

    • You may not use the work for commercial purposes unless arrangement and payment has been made in advance to accommodate this. You may use your work(s) for personal usages such as posters, dakimakuras, profile icons, or banners. You may not remove watermarks or artist signatures.
