Understanding GST: Indian Taxation System

• The One-day Symposium organized by the Rubber Technology Department under the IEI Rubber Student Chapter on January 8, 2024, focused on the theme "Understanding GST: Indian Taxation System." Approximately 50 students actively participated in the event, engaging in informative sessions that aimed to enhance their understanding of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework in India. To further reinforce the learning experience, a relevant quiz was organized post-symposium, with recognition given to the top three performers. This initiative not only provided valuable insights into the complexities of the Indian taxation system but also fostered a spirit of intellectual engagement among the participating students.
