Mr. Mayank Kaushik is a senior Manager in R & D department of passenger car at CEAT Tyres plant located at Halol,  Gujarat. He has total 16 years of rich experience in tyre industries. Mr. Mayank  started his career as a process engineer at Apollo Tyres Ltd. During his career he has contributed in different domains of tyre industry like compounding of various components of tyres, tyre buidling, Tyre designing, Identification of product failure etc. He has contributed his vast experience by delivering expert lectures and webinars for  students of rubber technology department in various areas like classification of tyres, green tyre preparation, tyre curing, enhancement of rolling resistance etc. Mr. Mayank Kaushik did his B. E. from L. D. College of engineering, Ahmedabad from 2002 to 2006.
