Mr. Joel Lalucherian pursued his B. E. in Rubber Technology from L. D. College of Engineering from the year 2013-17 and later pursued his M. E. in Rubber Technology from the same institute after cracking GATE in the year 2017-19. Following his post graduation, he has worked as the R&D lead with Ami Polymer Pvt Ltd, Silvassa (D&NH) for 2 years. As a great achievement, Mr. Joel has filed a patent in pharmaceutical field. At present, Mr. Joel  is  pursuing his MBA from IIT Kharagpur batch 2021-23 and working as a freelance polymer consultant to few industries in South India. Due to his passion towards teaching and interacting with students, he has taken lectures and mentored them in their projects and internships.  He has a rich experience of Research & Development, Production planning execution, Technical Marketing Strategy, Project Management and Procurement of Polymer and process equipment. His areas of expertise are Polymer Chemistry, Rubber compounding, Synthetic rubber manufacturing, Polymer products in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector, Automobile sector and Engineering applications. He has completed 10 years in the teaching field, training the students in higher secondary and UG courses. He has earned a Gold Medal in his post Graduation course. Mr. Joel is really a dynamic and encouraging personality , who has motivated many Rubber Technology students by sharing his own journey of success. Moreover, He is a great singer as well as musician also. He is a good orator and holding a great command over English, Guajarati, Hindi and Keralan languages.
