As per provisions of Statute 26 (5) A & B of the University Hand Book Part-II, the Vice Chancellor vide his order dated 16.02.2019, has nominated the following teachers as University Representative/Educationists to serve on the Governing body and Selection Committee for selection of Teachers/Principals of the following B.P.Ed. College, who have applied for additional Intake for the academic session 2019-20. The affiliation order will be issued by the University only after submission of NOC issued by the State Government.
Note:– Provisional approval of the Principal and Teachers of the following Colleges will be made on the basis of rules and regulations of the NCTE Regulation 2017 & amended NCTE Regulation 2017
They may be invited as regular member as the selection Committee constituted for selection of teachers and Principal for the College from time to time. Notice and Agenda for such meeting be sent to him/her directly well in time i.e. 10 to 15 days before the date of each meeting.
A Copy of the minutes of each meeting of the Governing body/Committee for selection of teachers to sent to the University nominee regularly.
T.A. and D.A. to the University representative for attending the meeting of the Governing body will be payable by the University and his/her T.A. & D.A. for attending the meeting of Selection Committee will be payable by the College Management.

The Convener, Sub Committee of the BOI duly approved by Hon'ble Vice Chancellor has appointed the following Faculty to Inspect the under mentioned Law College for Extension in the Courses mentioned against each for the academic session 2019-20:-
The inspection teams are requested to inspect the College to suggest appropriate number of seats to be fixed by the University for the courses running in the College, within 10 days taking into consideration the number of classrooms, lab/computer facility, library and other required infrastructure and submit their report in the prescribed format, so that further decision may be taken by B.O.I.
The Inspectors are requested kindly to fix a suitable date for inspection in consultation with other inspectors of the team as mentioned below.
The Convening Inspector is also requested to ensure before proceeding to inspect the College that the other Inspector(s) appointed by the University for the purpose join him positively in the inspection. Inspection report not signed by all Inspectors will not be acceptable to the University.
The remuneration of Rs. 500/- per visit shall be permissible to the members of the inspection team for conduction the work of inspection of affiliated Colleges vide Notification no. Acad. II/06/BOI/15089 dated- 20.12.2006. Accordingly a blank T.A. bill form is also enclosed herewith, which may kindly be sent duly completed for payment of your T.A. & D.A., along with the inspection Report.
The action may be taken accordingly.

The Convener, Sub Committee of the BOI duly approved by Hon'ble Vice Chancellor has appointed the following Faculty in place of the inspector who have denied to inspect the under mentioned Law College for Extension in the Courses mentioned against each for the academic session 2019-20:-
Note: Inspectors are requested to submit the Inspection report by himself/herself. The report submitted by the College will not be accepted by the office.
The Inspection Team is requested to get inspect the College within 10 days and submit their reports immediately failing which it would be presumed that they are not willing to inspect the College and another inspector will be appointed accordingly. The College is requested to get inspect their College within 10 days positively failing which it would be presumed that the College is not willing to get inspect the College and not willing for taking affiliation for the purpose. Kindly make suitable arrangements for the stay of Inspectors and to keep the papers ready for the Inspection.
The Convening Inspector is requested kindly to fix a suitable date for inspection in consultation with the Principal of the above College whose contact No. is mentioned ablve within 10 days and submit the inspection report immediately after the inspection within 2 days.
Unsigned Inspection report of the Inspectors will not be acceptable by the University.
