Sub:- Payment of fellowship to the scholars getting fellowship from CSIR.

Sir/Madam,

I am enclosing herewith a copy of mail dated 9.1.2019 received from Section Officer EMR-I (Shri R.K. Meena) which is self-explanatory. You are requested to kindly provide the desired information mentioned in the letter for all the scholars who are getting CSIR fellowship during the period 2017-18 (1-4-2017 to 31.3.2018), so that the same could be forwarded to CSIR for release of fellowship to the concerned students.

Kindly provide the information alongwith the month wise Attendance sheet of all the scholars getting CSIR fellowship and working in the Department, within a weeks period positively so that a sonsolidated clain may sent to CSIR. Any delay on this account will be the responsibility of concerned Scholar/Supervisor/ & HOD.

In future, the month wise bills of all the concerned CSIR Scholars may be sent timely so that the same could be forwarded to CSIR.

As per provisions of Statute 26 (5) A & B of the University Hand Book Part-II, the Vice Chancellor vide his order dated 11.01.2019, has nominated the following teachers as University Representative/Educationists to serve on the Governing body and Selection Committee for selection of Teachers/Principals of the following B.A.-B.Ed./B.Sc.-B.Ed. A Copy of the minutes of each meeting of the Governing body/Committee for selection of teachers to sent to the University nominee regularly.

T.A. and D.A. to the University representative for attending the meeting of the Governing body will be payable by the University and his/her T.A. & D.A. for attending the meeting of Selection Committee will be payable by the College Management.
