Steps to fill the form

• Start the procedure of Registration by creating login account
• in registration window enter the requisite details

Important Note : You can not change these entries at any stage

Login with Email and Password (Provided at the time of Registration) from login Panel.

After Login, select the type of Affiliation form you want to fill.

Fill all the details in the provided form and click on save.

In the next step upload all the documents separately (Max size 300 kB) as per needed. (Click on the all Upload button before proceeding to Next Step)

On Summary page click on Pay button, which will take you to ICICI Bank Payment Gateway Page.

At ICICI Bank Website You can generate either NEFT_RTGS Chalan or you can also pay through NET Banking option.

In Case of NEFT_RTGS you have to generate chalan and take two printout of that chalan.

Please take the print out of the form after chalan generation.

Submit the chalan payment at any bank and take acknowledgement of payment form bank on the chalan and submit that acknowledgement with form at Rajasthan University.
