PRIVACY POLICY — RTX Gorilla Games
Effective Date: January 2nd, 2026
Last Updated: July 18, 2026
1. Introduction
RTX Gorilla Games (“RTX Gorilla Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops and operates games and related services, including Lethal Ape and Lethal Ape: Pocket Edition.
This Privacy Policy explains what information our games and service providers may collect or process, why that information is used, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and how players may request access to or deletion of their information.
This policy applies to supported versions of our games distributed through platforms including:
• Google Play and Android
• Meta Horizon and Meta Quest
• Apple App Store and iOS, where available
• Other platforms or services that link to this Privacy Policy
The exact information processed may vary by platform, game version, and the features a player uses.
2. Contact Information
For privacy questions, support requests, or account-deletion requests, contact:
RTX Gorilla Games
Email: rtxgorillagames@gmail.com
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, full payment-card details, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Automatic Game Accounts
Lethal Ape may automatically create or access a PlayFab game account so that multiplayer features, inventory, virtual currency, cosmetics, settings, moderation, and progress can function.
On mobile devices, the game may use a stable installation identifier stored on the device to access the same PlayFab account after the application is closed and reopened.
We may process:
• PlayFab player ID
• Photon user ID
• A locally generated installation identifier
• Account creation and last-use timestamps
• Account status
• Account restriction, suspension, or ban status
The current mobile account may be tied to the installation. Reinstalling the application, clearing application data, factory-resetting the device, or changing devices may prevent recovery of the previous account unless RTX Gorilla Games is able to verify and restore it through support.
We do not intentionally use IMEI numbers, SIM serial numbers, phone numbers, contact lists, or advertising identifiers to create a Lethal Ape game account.
4. Display Names and Player Profile Information
Players may select and change an in-game display name.
We may process and store:
• Current display name
• Previous or moderated display names where reasonably necessary
• Player color
• Owned and equipped cosmetics
• Public multiplayer profile information
• Reports or enforcement actions associated with a display name
A player’s display name, color, cosmetics, room activity, voice communication, and gameplay actions may be visible to other players.
Players should not include sensitive personal information in display names, room names, voice chat, reports, or other multiplayer communications.
Display names may be rejected or changed when they violate technical limits, game rules, platform rules, or moderation standards.
5. Gameplay, Progress, Inventory, and Settings
We may process and store information associated with a player’s game account, including:
• Player progress
• Statistics and achievements

• Player color
• Audio settings
• Graphics-quality settings
• Camera and control preferences
• Accessibility preferences
• Version-compatibility information
• Multiplayer room and session activity
• Reports, moderation history, suspensions, and bans
This information is used to operate the game and preserve the player’s game state.
6. Multiplayer and Network Information

Lethal Ape: Pocket Edition may examine device capabilities locally to select an appropriate graphics-quality tier. Information used only locally is not necessarily uploaded or retained by RTX Gorilla Games.
8. Voice Chat and Microphone Information
If voice chat is enabled and a player chooses to use it, the game may request microphone permission.
Live voice communication may be transmitted through Photon Voice or another disclosed voice provider so that other players can hear it.
RTX Gorilla Games does not intentionally record or permanently store ordinary live voice-chat audio unless:
• A separate moderation or reporting feature is introduced and clearly disclosed
• Recording is required or permitted by applicable law
• A player voluntarily sends a recording to support
Other players may independently record voice communications using their own devices or software. RTX Gorilla Games cannot control recordings made outside its services.
Voice chat should not be assumed to be end-to-end encrypted unless the game specifically states otherwise.

Purchases may be processed through:

• PlayFab virtual-currency and inventory systems
