To get some grip I converted it to AWD but running it as 100% RWD. Added turbo, vintage racing-tires, Mickey Thomson ET Drag wheels fits the old Opel perfect.

Track-widt widened step 1 F & R. Tirewidth F:165 , R:185 gives good balance & turn-in.

As usual from me, kind of an all-round circuit-tune but this can be raced. Hard! One of my test is a speed-zone and this one has the record(so far). Notice how I set up the gearbox.

4th-5th-6th gears comes close to make them usable in hot racing. Im using a controller & manual w.o clutch. When Im approaching a bend at 6th gear, instead of braking Ill just shift down to 5th. Thats enough to get the weight moved forward in a well balanced setup

The real difference maker between the stock Toyota C-HR and the Toyota C-HR R-Tuned is the powerplant. It started with a motor swap to a 2.4-liter 2AZ-FE engine from a Scion tC (a vehicle DG Spec is very familiar with from racing the car in the SCCA World Challenge series). Then, the boys from DG Spec dropped a Garrett GTX3076 Gen II turbo on the 2AZ-FE. The motor swap into the C-HR chassis was done using custom engine mounts from Hasport, which also moved the engine rearward a touch for balance. The final number for horsepower? How does an even 600 horsepower work for you?

Really good presentation of the car and it is nice that even after all those years tuners haven't forggot the R34. It is also nice to see functionality combined with looks and more important weight reduction (big issue for the R's). However at this HP stages i believe Mine's has showed the best example for a street purposed R34.
