Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications operated by RTTJ (collectively, the "Applications"), together with any related services operated by RTTJ. RTTJ is referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Applications are designed to operate on the device without requiring an account and without transmitting personal information to the Service Provider.
The Applications do not collect, request, or transmit personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.
The Applications do not collect or transmit device identifiers for analytics or advertising, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browsing or usage analytics, location data, contacts, photos, or similar personal data to the Service Provider or to third parties.
The Applications do not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or similar third-party tracking technologies.
Local Storage on Your Device
For gameplay and convenience, the Applications may store limited non-personal information locally on your device, such as:
Game progress (for example, scores, run counts, unlocked stages, cleared levels, or similar session statistics)
Local preference settings related to gameplay presentation
This information is stored using on-device mechanisms (such as application preferences) and remains on your device. It is used only to support the Applications' features and is not sent by the Applications to the Service Provider or to third-party servers.
If Android backup or device transfer features are enabled on your device, the operating system may include application data in system backups according to your device settings. The Service Provider does not operate a separate cloud account for Application data.
Network and Third Parties
The Applications, as provided by the Service Provider, do not declare network access for the purpose of collecting or uploading user data, and do not send user or gameplay data to external services.
The Service Provider does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for advertising or analytics, because the Applications do not collect such information.
Permissions
The Applications do not request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage access for data collection. Any operating-system capabilities used are limited to on-device gameplay presentation and local storage of progress as described above.
Your Rights and Choices
Because the Applications do not collect personal data on Service Provider servers, there is typically no server-side personal profile to access, correct, or delete.
You may remove locally stored Application data by clearing the Application's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops further local storage by that Application.
If you have questions about privacy, or believe personal data relating to you has been provided to the Service Provider by other means (for example, by emailing the Service Provider), contact the Service Provider at necusflamingoreder@gmail.com to request assistance, including access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under applicable California law regarding personal information, including rights to know, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.
The Applications do not sell or share personal information, and do not collect personal information from the Applications as described above. To make a request regarding any personal information you may have provided to the Service Provider outside the Applications (for example, by email), contact necusflamingoreder@gmail.com.
Children
The Applications are not directed to children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children through the Applications.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider (for example, by email), contact necusflamingoreder@gmail.com so that appropriate steps can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider designs the Applications so that gameplay data remains on the device. You should also protect your device with appropriate locks and system updates. No method of electronic storage is completely secure.
Data Breach Notification
Because the Applications do not transmit personal data to the Service Provider's servers, there is no Service Provider-held Application dataset of the type described in typical server-side breach notices. If the Service Provider becomes aware of a security incident affecting personal data it holds through other channels (such as email correspondence), it will act and notify as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
By using the Applications, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where a specific processing activity would require consent under applicable law, the Service Provider will seek that consent before such processing occurs. The Applications described here do not rely on consent to collect personal data from the device, because they do not perform such collection.
