1. First RTP ACM Chapter Leadership meeting

Date: 3/6/2019

Attendees: Tao, Tianfu, Ruiwen

We discussed and defined our mission as two parts.

First, our chapter aims to "offer opportunities for members to gain access to critical research and establish personal networking systems".

Second, our chapter aims to increase each member's visibility and maintain global awareness.

We talked about the ACM Distinguished Speaker Program and plan to invite two local Distinguished Speakers to talk at SAS (1st event) and NCSU (2nd event).

We talked about meeting frequency and decided to hold meeting once every two months at 10am on Wed. Tianfu will set up Zoom meetings and Google doc to share meeting notes.
