SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
This year, we invite submissions in two categories: short abstracts and extended abstracts. Both types will be reviewed by the PC. Submissions should be sent by the corresponding author to rtlg2025@gmail.com specifying the category. At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to attend the workshop and present their work. Manuscripts must be written in English and formatted according to the LNCS template.
A post proceedings volume containing the extended abstracts will be published shortly after the workshop (see details below).
SUBMISSION CATEGORIES
Short abstracts
Short abstracts should be 3-5 pages (including references) and describe the topic of the proposed contributed talk. They may report
(i) new completed results,
(ii) work in progress, or
(iii) recently published or submitted work.
Although authors may refer to an existing paper or preprint, the short abstract must be sufficiently detailed for the PC to assess the relevance of the proposed talk.
Extended abstracts
Extended abstracts should be at most 8 pages (including references) and present original results that have not been published or submitted elsewhere. They must contain enough detail to serve as a scientific contribution. Additional material may be placed in an appendix, which reviewers may consult at their discretion.
A proceedings volume of extended abstracts will be published shortly after the workshop. Authors of accepted extended abstracts will be invited to submit a revised version a few weeks after the event, allowing them to incorporate feedback from workshop discussions. Further details tbd.
