Registration and Financial Support

Participants will be lodged at the University Guest House. We have blocked some rooms at the Guest House. The cutoff date for reservations is [DATE]. After that, reservations are subject to availability.

There is limited support for this conference from the NSF. We expect to be able to cover lodging (2 nights) and possibly, depending on the number of participants, a portion of the ticket. Participants that are willing to share the room will receive the difference in cost as additional travel support.

If you would like to attend and request financial support and/or lodging arrangemenents, please send an email to Lauren McComber (cc Jon Chaika, Tommaso de Fernex, Priyam Patel) including the following information:

1. Your name and affiliation. If you are a student, please include name of advisor.
2. Are you applying for financial support?
3. Do you need accommodation? If yes, provide dates of travel. You can email them later, but remember that we cannot make a reservation until we have this information.
4. Are you interested in sharing the room? Is yes, have you already found a roommate? (If you would like us to match you with a roommate, please specify gender.)

Requests for funding will be considered until December 15. Allocation of funds will be decided by December 31. If funding remains we will continue to consider requests.
