1. About the App
RTA Dallah Test Prep is an independent educational driving theory practice app designed to help users prepare for driving theory tests through practice questions, mock tests, traffic signs, progress tracking, mistake review, and study plans.
The app is intended for study, practice, and educational preparation only.
RTA Dallah Test Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to RTA, Dallah, any government authority, traffic authority, licensing authority, or driving school.
2. Educational Use Only
The content in the app is provided for general educational and practice purposes.
We do not guarantee that:
- You will pass any driving test.
- The questions in the app will appear in any official test.
- The app content is identical to official test material.
- The app replaces official learning materials, official handbooks, driving school training, or government requirements.
You are responsible for checking official requirements, rules, regulations, and test procedures through official sources in your country or region.
3. App Content
The app may include:
- Practice questions
- Mock tests
- Traffic sign explanations
- Study plans
- Mistake review
- Progress tracking
- Educational tips
We aim to keep the content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
Traffic rules, licensing requirements, and test procedures may change at any time. Always verify important information through official sources.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The app may offer free features and paid Pro features.
Pro access may include:
- Full access to all practice questions
- Unlimited mock tests
- Full traffic signs library
- Complete mistake review
- Advanced study plans
- Removal of ads
- Additional premium features where available
Available purchase options may include:
- Auto-renewable monthly subscription
- Lifetime one-time purchase
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Subscription pricing, duration, and available plans are shown inside the app before purchase.
6. Lifetime Purchase
If available, the Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features for the lifetime of the app, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the app.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that the app, services, or specific features will be available forever. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for technical, legal, business, or platform-related reasons.
7. Free Version and Ads
The free version of the app may include advertisements.
Ads may be provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. Ads are removed for users with active Pro access where applicable.
Your use of ads and related privacy choices may be subject to third-party policies and consent options.
8. Refunds
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
We do not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. If you want to request a refund, please contact Apple through the App Store purchase support process.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute app content without permission.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the app’s source code.
- Use the app to violate any law or regulation.
- Misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
- Present the app as an official government, RTA, Dallah, or driving school service.
10. Intellectual Property
All app design, layout, software, original practice questions, custom illustrations, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD, unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own personal educational preparation.
You do not acquire ownership of the app or its content.
11. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Apple App Store and StoreKit for purchases and subscriptions
- Google AdMob for advertising
- Google User Messaging Platform for consent management
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.
15. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.
We may add, remove, or change features, content, pricing, or availability.
We are not responsible if any part of the app becomes unavailable temporarily or permanently.
16. Changes to These Terms

If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
