SysCon Workshop for Graduate Students
Presentation slides have been put up on the Abstracts page.
Systems and Control Engineering of IIT Bombay is hosting a workshop with the aim of bringing together graduate students (Masters and Ph. D.) working broadly in control and related areas, from various institutions across the country. The main motivation behind this event is that graduate students in our country rarely get to intermingle, and exchange their ideas and research findings, in a semi-informal setting. Conferences, though have their own significance, do not fill in this lacuna. We sincerely hope this event is a trend-setter and other institutions follow suit.
During the event, doctoral students from select institutions, and IIT Bombay, will deliver 20-minute presentations on their research. Faculty members from SycCon will engage in spirited discussions with the speakers after each talk. Ph.D., M.Sc., and M.Tech. students with backgrounds in Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics and Data Science, are urged to avail of this opportunity and gain insights and perspective from this event.
Date: 15th - 16th September, 2023
Venue: Seminar Room-02 (Ground floor), Victor Menezes Convention Center (VMCC), IIT Bombay (Location)
