Call for Papers

11th Research Scholars' Workshop, 2025-26

• Submissions are invited from PhD scholars and early career researchers for the 11th Annual Research Scholars’ Workshop organized by the Department of Economics, University of Calcutta. We will only accept full papers in PDF format. The PhD affiliation of the corresponding author must be written on the title page. The details of the conference are given below:

• Date: 11 February, 2026 (Wednesday)

• Venue: Department of Economics, University of Calcutta. 56 A, B. T. Road. Kolkata – 700050

• Registration fee: No registration fee.

• Accommodation: We will not provide any accommodation. However, outstation candidates may book rooms in the Youth Hostel, Kolkata which is very close to our department (Youth Hostel link: http://www.youthhostelkolkata.com/).

• Travel expense: Outstation scholars will receive some modest financial support for travel, subject to fund availability.
