The long term goal of the Meet the Women in Robotics workshop series is to reduce the gender gap by increasing the number of women in robotics. The workshops are designed for a mixed audience and highlight the work of successful female roboticists.
FORMAT
As in prior versions, the Meet the Women In Robotics V workshop aims to: (1) raise visibility of women in robotics, (2) strengthen the community and provide an opportunity for networking, and (3) foster mentorship of junior female researchers.
The workshop will be a full-day event with a keynote, invited talks, panel discussions, and a poster session. The workshop will end with a dinner to provide networking opportunities for junior female researchers.
