Privacy Policy for Paper Generator App

This privacy policy applies to the Paper Generator app (the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Rising Star Learning Center ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

This is data you actively provide when using specific features of the Application.

• Account Information: To use community features like submitting suggestions or commenting, you are required to create an account. During this process, we collect the following personally identifiable information:

  • Your Name: Used to identify you within the Application. It is displayed publicly next to your suggestions, comments, and other community contributions.

  • Your Email Address: Used as a unique identifier for your account, for account verification, password resets, and to send important service-related notices. Your email address is not displayed publicly.

  • Suggestions and Comments: When you submit a suggestion or comment, we collect the content you provide. This content, along with your name, is displayed publicly to other users of the Application to foster a community environment.

• Support Center Communications (WhatsApp): The Application provides a support center feature via WhatsApp. When you click the WhatsApp button to share an issue regarding the app or the paper generator, you are redirected to the WhatsApp platform. In this process, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content of your message (including any images or documents you choose to attach). This information is used solely to provide technical support and resolve your queries.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The Application and its integrated third-party services may automatically collect certain information to ensure functionality, analyze usage, and maintain stability. This includes:

• Usage Data: Information such as the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

• Crash Log Data: In the event of an app crash, we collect diagnostic data to help us identify and fix bugs.

• Device and Network Information: This includes your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address and information about your device's operating system.

• Anonymous User ID: For users who have not created a permanent account but engage with the Application, a temporary, anonymous user ID may be generated. This ID is not linked to your personal identity but is used to manage interactions like votes (likes/dislikes) and prevent abuse of the system.

• Advertising ID: Your device's unique advertising identifier is collected by our advertising partners to serve personalized advertisements.

The Application does not collect or track your precise real-time geographic location.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT

The Application allows users to post content, including comments and suggestions ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). You are solely responsible for the UGC you post. By posting content, you agree to comply with these rules:

• Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.

• Do not engage in personal attacks, bullying, or intimidation of other users.

• Do not impersonate another person or entity.

• Do not post spam, unauthorized commercial solicitations, or any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any UGC at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these rules. The Application provides an in-app system for users to report any content or user behavior they believe violates these policies.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Application utilizes third-party services that have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

• AdMob

• WhatsApp

DATA DISCLOSURE

We may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information in the following circumstances:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

• With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

We retain your Account Information (name, email) and your User-Generated Content (suggestions, comments) for as long as your account is active to provide the Application's services. Support messages sent via WhatsApp are retained as long as necessary to address your request.

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. To initiate this process, you must submit a request through our official data deletion web form.

Upon verifying your request, we will permanently delete your account information from our active databases. Please note that content you have posted may remain visible in an anonymized format if it has been shared by other users. This action cannot be undone.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.

SECURITY

We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our databases or that information will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the Application and updating the effective date. Continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
