Alternate Vehicle, Insurance & Accidents 

 Relief Vehicle: In case of Breakdown of vehicles a relief vehicle will be arranged immediately and instruct the workshop to attend the same.

Insurance coverage: All our vehicles have comprehensive insurance covering all commuters’ lives and Third party lives and properties with unlimited liability, so that the affected people can claim compensation through the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal, establishing the quantum of claims and get the same from the Insurance Company.

Accident / Sudden Health Problem of Commuters: Our Drivers are well trained to administer First Aid.  In case of an emergency an ambulance will be called and patient would be taken to the nearest / recognized Hospital for treatment. Driver will also inform our office and transport helpdesk for follow-up action.  We will send the concerned staff to the accident spot for further action like reporting to the nearest police station and other departmental actions if required
