Short Biography 

Rahul Singh is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Before that, he was a postdoc at the Ohio State University, and a postdoc at LIDS, MIT. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2015 under the supervision of Prof. P. R. Kumar. He received B. Tech in EE from IIT Kanpur in 2009 and M.S. in EE from the University of Notre Dame in 2011.
