WHO IS RSI?

Rising Stars International (RSI), established in 2020, is a global organization of USANA independent associates, which aims to elevate the professional image and capabilities of multilevel marketing entrepreneurs and bring more value to USANA customers and business partners through excellent training, service and support. RSI was created when the Covid-19 pandemic shifted business operations to a fully-online setup in order to provide co-distributors with a much needed virtual team support system. Today, RSI has business leaders in the Philippines, Canada and UAE. Rising Stars International is a subteam of one of USANA Philippines' biggest business teams, NXGN International.

RSI UNIVERSITY

RSI University is Rising Stars International's training arm, which equips new USANA associates with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in the business. It provides a specialized training program aimed at building a solid foundation for USANA entrepreneurship.

THE FOUNDERS

Rising Stars International was founded by USANA Gold Directors Kris and Diana Lacuanan. Kris was a former Internal Audit Head, while Diana, a Certified Public Accountant, worked in one of the biggest banks in the country as a Senior Accounting Assistant. The power couple worked on their USANA business part time and after only 11 months, were able to hit their Gold Directorship. They were able to retire from their 9 to 5 jobs at the age of 33 and 34 respectively.

Kris and Diana are active Bible group leaders and are committed to serving the Lord through everything that they do. Their mission is to help their fellow entrepreneurs to see purpose in what they do at the same time bringing them closer to Christ.

They love eating out, traveling and watching K-Dramas (oh, that last one's just Diana).
