Delete Your Account from Rising Star Radaur App

• Place

• Student ID

• Learning level

• Learning progress

• Other personal information associated with the student's account

Information retained

If any information must be retained for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reason, we will explain the applicable retention period and reason to the requester.

Otherwise, account-associated information will be deleted after the request is processed.

Processing

We will process account-deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
