Ravenna Wind Ensemble

Welcome to the Ravenna High School Wind Ensemble Page!

The Ravenna High School Wind Ensemble is an educational opportunity for students to learn and develop intellectually, emotionally, and physically through various musical experiences including solo and chamber ensemble performances. Our purpose is to develop musical skills from preparing students for college-level studies to giving them a future of enjoying music because of their educational experiences. In addition to the social aspects associated with marching band, all styles of music literature are studied including classical, modern, jazz, and popular. As a member of this ensemble, students participate in many activities including concerts, graduation, contests, recitals, and educational travel.
