Doubts and speculations regarding the natural-status of another bodybuilder will never be enough to prove if that someone is truly "natural" or not, only drug testing and self admittance of using banned substances will.

I kinda think I fit in here because I definitely feel like my upper half just has a generally broader, blunter line. But when I keep trying to look for outfits to see what actually flows, everything these days seems to have dropped shoulders. Does that look good on soft naturals? This may be my bias showing-does it look good on anyone, regardless of Kibbe ID or body type?

This question is just a bit of fun, but I've noticed that those primarily trained in computer science tend to include 0 in the set of natural numbers, while those primarily trained in mathematics tend to exclude it.

The natural numbers are sometimes also called "the counting numbers", and yes it's true that counting a collection of objects starts with 1, not 0. But don't we also wish to "count" empty sets/concepts/properties?

I've read that you always want a white filter, as this will reduce the papery taste in your coffee, but my go to coffee shop only sells natural V60 filters. If I always rinse the filter anyway, does it matter?

I've had a deluxe subscription to mistobox for about a year now and get a coffee about 3 times a month. So I've had the chance to try a lot of great coffees from all over the world. I'm inclined to prefer naturals because a few natural Ethiopians were very distinctive early in my experience, but often the difference between processing styles is subtle and doesn't seem to be the main driver of whether a coffee tastes special to me. How do you think about processing styles? Do you have a preference? What characteristics do you think are most strong as predictors of a special cup?

I am asking because I was quite disappointed by the supposed softness of Knit Picks Swish Worsted, which is 100% Merino and advertised as very soft. I have pretty limited experience with natural yarn, so I assumed that higher quality yarn such as wool would be softer than 100% acrylic, which I am more used to. I also assumed that 100% Merino would be very soft because Knit Picks Biggo, which is a Merino and nylon blend, was the first natural-ish yarn I'd used and created an incredibly soft scarf that felt like clouds on my skin. However, Knit Picks' 100% acrylic yarn (Brava) crocheted up a much softer product than did Swish (the 100% Merino), and Swish created a product that was just about as scratchy as Red Heart Super Saver. Is 100% Merino normally a scratchy yarn?

I know this sounds beyond expensive, but what if one wanted to build a swimming pond/ natural pool and include a whatever size possible window? The gist of it is building an underground room that is either below or on the side of the pool and having an acrylic pane to see the pond from said room.

The first example of such a natural slave for me is, ironically, the unnatural robot. We can tell robots and computer programs what to do, but they have no ability to choose on their own. Assuming Aristotle didn't mean someone that literally did not possess reason, the next type of person would be someone mentally handicapped, someone who has reason, but is incapable of properly using it. Against this there is the fact that Aristotle denies that any natural slaves exist among the Greeks, yet he would recognize the existence of madmen. Nor does an illness strike as particularly "natural." But this does seem to fit his more general conception of someone who is incapable of sufficient self-direction, someone that justice requires be entrusted to someone else's care.

Beyond that, we might consider someone who is simply vicious or criminal. This type of person possesses their reason and can make decisions for themselves, but just makes the wrong decisions, and wrong enough to a degree where force is used to stop them. This too faces similar problems, that he denies any such person exists among the Greeks, while he would not deny that there are criminal Greeks. Nor is this a particularly natural state, since someone is released after their punishment, and they can reform.

The other type of person would be someone who kind of voluntarily gives up their own autonomy. This is just the type of person who when even given the opportunity to think for themselves won't, and will simply allow other people to do the thinking. This faces similar criticisms as the others, and also seems more problematic and contradictory that it would be a more kind of voluntary or self-imposed slavery, but at least seems to have a better claim at being in a sense "natural" for this person.

In short, I think the issue I'm hitting is that he seems to think of the natural slave as something rather distant, going so far as to say that the natural slave differs from the rest of mankind as much as the soul differs from the body (1254b), but he also wants it close enough where they have some "thing" that lets them understand commands without actually having a rational principle. It seems like he's trying to have his cake and eat it too, which is perhaps precisely why the natural slave argument is unconvincing.

Ordered some from an popular artisan in one of my hobbies that started their own roastery, but don't know jack about coffee. Figured I'd support em while tryin out some fancy stuff. I use the read aloud feature a lot for correctional reading, but today the voice changed from the very natural female voice to a robotic male voice. I love the natural CXL pair and ordered it during the Black Friday sale in 2021. The leather should age beautifully, and the boot toes the line between a dressier moc toe like an Alden Indy, and a more rugged boot like a Red Wing 875.
