Tanya Muller is a driven, focused IT Senior Manager with twenty-two (22) years of experience in the IT/Telecoms Environment. This experience includes twenty (20) years within an IT Environment and two (2) years within the Technology – Network Environment. Tanya is the only Technical Senior Manager at TSTT who has successfully led both IT and Network Departments at a Senior Level. Her experience includes defining the strategies and leading the transformation in IT from being a traditional cost center into a Cloud based solution provider delivering a new revenue stream for TSTT.

Ms. Muller expertise spans the entire IT portfolio from software architectures and standards, Corporate and Telecommunications Networking, Data Center, Cloud Services, the internet and business-IT alignment. She has worked with a wide range of end-user and vendor organizations assisting in strategy creation, technology selection, implementation planning and organizational development.

Top Career Highlights:
Delivery of the VMware Private Cloud within a record 9 months. This has saved TSTT approx. $31.5M in new hardware acquisition costs. This solution was one of the fastest deployments by VMware ever and TSTT was invited as a speaker at the Worldwide VMware conference.
Implemented Data Center Services and Cloud Strategy which is a growing revenue stream for TSTT. This includes the receipt of TIA 942-B Audit and Accreditation of TSTT’s primary data center. When this was first received TSTT was the second company in the Western Hemisphere to be awarded this accreditation. It also includes SOC2 accreditation making our Data Center the only one of its kind in the region.
Implemented the ITIL standards for Production Control and Change Management across all of IT. Lead the team responsible for all IT Change Requests with a 99.9% implementation success rate.
Managed the team that implemented and supported the first Real Time Mobile Billing and Customer Care system with the latest in Telecoms Technology.
Negotiated and implemented strategies for cost savings that continue to reduce TSTT’s Operational Expense.
