Lee-ann is an Instructional Mentor at the Ministry of Digital Transformation and a current PhD candidate in E-Research and Technology Enhanced Learning. She holds a Master's degree in Digital Technologies, Communication, and Education with distinction from the University of Manchester and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education with distinction in the Teaching of Foreign Languages from the University of the West Indies, where she also earned a first-class honours BA in French and Spanish.
Her credentials are further bolstered by a certificate in Designing and Facilitating E-Learning from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and a Level 1 certification in Flipped Learning. Lee-ann is a seasoned presenter, having contributed her insights at numerous educational workshops both locally and internationally, enriching the global dialogue on digital education transformation.
