Dr. Dawn Alexander-Joseph is an esteemed Positive Change Strategist renowned for her deep-rooted passion in knowledge and problem-solving within the Public Sector. As an Economist with rigorous training, and a Policy Analyst by practice, Dr. Alexander-Joseph brings over twenty years of dedicated experience to her role. Her expertise encompasses macroeconomic modelling and forecasting, economic analysis, strategic financial management, and strategic planning.

Currently, she serves as Policy Analyst II at the Ministry of Financial Services, Labour and Trade. Here, she showcases her advanced skills in analytics, modelling and forecasting of fiscal and economic data. Her tenure includes over fifteen years of deep engagement in macroeconomic and fiscal analysis, revenue and expenditure forecasting, and monitoring. Dr. Alexander-Joseph excels in these areas, regularly performing duties that critically support and set fiscal and economic policy targets.

Dr. Alexander-Joseph holds prestigious designations as a Chartered Economist, Accredited Financial Analyst, Accredited Management Consultant, and Certified International Project Manager. Her academic credentials include a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Economics (Honors).

In 2023, Dr. Alexander-Joseph channelled her passion for technology and strategy into founding the ManageTECT Institute of Technology and Strategy (MITS). This venture serves as a dynamic platform to educate and advocate for technology integration and strategic thinking, advancing her vision of establishing a Center of Excellence in these critical areas.
